Job Description

  • Supports managers and team through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication
  • Prepare reports and documents - generating DO, purchase orders and etc.
  • Administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, emailing, filing, maintain and tracking of data and documents
  • Responsible for day-to-day admin work
  • Updates records and maintains proper filing systems

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative works
  • Possess with a good customer service skill.
  • Proficient in MS office,
  • Willing to work in fast pace environment
  • Able to start immediately.
