We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated members to join our team as a senior to assist and manage restructuring, insolvency, litigation support, and forensic engagements.

Job Description

• Primarily involved in corporate finance assignments including financial due diligence, business valuation / valuation for IFRS and M&A advisory assignments.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects relating to forensic accounting, fraud investigation and litigation support assignments.
• Possess financial reporting and valuation knowledge and be able to draft insightful reports and memos.
• Plan, execute and manage engagements effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Communicate confidently with clients and manage their needs and expectations.

Requirements

• A degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
