About the job Brand General Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute a consistent regional strategy, with a true omni-channel approach
- Build the annual budget and actively support the preparation of the 5Y strategic plan
- Define a clear business roadmap in close partnership with each local GM
- In charge of the LM SEA P&L: meet Budget objectives (Net Sales and Operating Profit), set targets and manage local and regional P&L; liaise with REG/HQ (Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance and Operations) in order to deliver the required results
- Conduct negotiations with Distributors and Retailers to achieve Budget targets
- Reinforce, directly manage, and further develop the distributors network
- Develop and negotiate a sales & stock plan by market and by customer in line with Brand's guidelines and strategy
- Ensure that all POS follow and represent brand's strategy and positioning, including visual merchandising and trade marketing materials as well as training
- Ensure the perfect implementation of the marketing plan by negotiating for excellent locations and optimized promotional calendar
- Maximize Sell-in and Sell-Out in assigned doors to grow market share, ranking and productivity of each counter in the dedicated doors
- Recruit, manage, supervise, coach, and motivate a dedicated Team
- Monthly reporting on sales & market analysis
