Jobs Description 

  • Provide customer support via live chat; display excellent work etiquette and patience.
  • Coordinate and monitor all customer's orders from submission until final delivery 
  • Liaise between customers and the internal Operations Team

Requirements

  • Candidates with STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field, are welcome to apply.
  • Compulsory to be bilingual in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and associates.
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Experience in Zendesk, Live chat or any other Customer Service Communication Channel is advantageous.
