Global Japanese Automotive Manufacturer with an office in Singapore is

embarking on an evolving path and expanding role. The Singapore office

assists the Japan Head Office in managing the Groups interests and

exposures in the ASEAN region, India and Middle East.

There are

many opportunities for staff to be involved in cross department and

regional projects. And as part of the Groups initiative towards greater

adoption of technology and boosting work efficiency, the Singapore

Office offers a chance to take part in exciting tech projects and

development of newly standardized operations that can have impact across

the Group.

The Parts Department (PD) has recently re-established

its standard operational procedures to simplify processes with sound

workflows to ensure efficiency in communication, lead-time and cost.

With this completion of first step towards improvements, PD is currently

looking for a matured and capable candidate to execute the second step

in advancing towards proactive sales management that capitalizes the

growing demands of Isuzu Parts regionally. Pending tasks are challenging

and time sensitive but will be very rewarding for high performers.

We are looking for an Order Management & Sales Coordinator with:

  • 2 years of sales experience in logistics/supply chain (automotive industry is a plus)
  • Proficiency n SAP (SD/MM modules), Excel and Power Point
  • Familiar with logistics terminologies and Incoterms
  • Good sales negotiation skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Proactivity in finding ways to improve work processes
  • Able to travel 2-3 days in a month regionally

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Promote Isuzu Parts and attend to enquiries on order status.
  • Process orders and claims.
  • Gather market information from customers.
  • Review monthly sales data and propose improvements.
  • Expedite back orders by communicating with 3PLs and warehouse group.
  • Communicate with procurement group to improve order fulfilment rate.
  • Prepare and present sales report(s) to customers.
  • Assist management in extracting valuable data from SAP.
  • Assist in the making of agreement(s) between IMA and customers.
  • Be a secondary person-in-charge to ensure business continuity.
  • Be proactive in proposing operational improvements.
