Responsibilities

As a member of the creative team, the Graphic Designer will work closely with Creative Director and Art Director to fulfil strategic visual needs across divisions and at the corporate level. The graphic designer will be required to develop a wide range of marketing materials such as multi-channel marketing campaigns inclusive of print, digital, websites and social media assets. This person will be and/or demonstrate the following:

  • Able to simplify the complex by distilling marketing challenges and business goals into visually compelling one-offs and holistic campaigns.
  • Exceptional typography skills with an attention to detail, visual hierarchies and the know-how to finesse type and establish harmonious visual systems.
  • Able to manage multiple projects at one time to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Self-starter who can work independently to solve complex problems.
  • Proven ability to work cross-team, synthesise feedback and input from marketing, product management, sales, market research and external partners.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the target audience, ability to address their needs and adjust as needed.
  • Ensure tone and style are consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Passion for storytelling through sophisticated design.

Requirements

  • BA in design, multimedia or comparable with an emphasis on foundational design principles and visual problem solving.
  • 4-8 years of experience a Graphic Designer, either in-house or at a creative agency (financial services experience a plus). Junior candidates with high potential can be con.
  • Range of experience across mediums: digital, print, experiential, branding.
