About the job Assistant Manager Human Resources
Job Scopes:-
a) Handle monthly payroll, staff claims and expenses
b) Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture.
c) Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.
d) Assist in administering a wide range of HR matters in areas such as manpower planning and recruitment, compensation & benefits and performance management exercise.
e) Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
f) Process and follow up appointments, reassignments, promotions and other HR decisions which generate personnel administration actions in a timely and thorough way, being sensitive to the human dimensions involved and tailoring actions accordingly.
g) Advise staff on specific entitlements and explain employment standards and legislation where needed.
Technical Competencies:
a) Degree in Human Resource Management and/or equivalent.
b) At least 5 years and above of related working experience in human resource administration supporting organisation with large staff population is essential.

a) Excellent oral, written and inter-personal communications skills, adept at dealing with and engaging people at all levels.
b) Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with peers; across different levels of the organization and externally.
