Customer Service Executive

Job Description

• Assist sales team to manage their customers enquiries.
• Inform customers about order status, invoices, contract balances and other information needed to complete the sale.
• Provide sales quotations to customers.
• Co-ordinate with warehouse operations team and logistic team regarding delivery schedule.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
• Fresh candidate are encourage to apply, training will be provided.
• Familiar with SQL Accounting will be a plus
