The Role

As an Admin Executive, you will play a pivotal role in fuelling essential daily operations for all things Admin related. This role will see you performing a full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties, including data entry, calendar management, office supply inventory management, liaising with various stakeholders and more. Responsibilities

  • Proactively maintain the internal employee database and records both physical and digital.
  • Manage general office administrative duties such as sourcing and purchasing office supplies.
  • Assist in organising company engagement activities and other staff welfare.
  • Handle staff travel arrangements for travelling overseas and assist with accommodation for guests/visitors arriving in Singapore.
  • Maintain various office equipment such as fax, copier and printers, and liaise with vendors when necessary.
  • Manage the office maintenance, supplies and facilities.
  • Ensure that office facilities are in optimal condition.
  • Update and maintain office inventory list consisting of office supplies and physical assets.
  • In charge of arranging, distributing and storing correspondence (e.g. letters, and parcels)
  • Handle calendar booking for various conference and meeting rooms.
  • Provide support to Operations and HR department in administrative duties.
  • Oversee and drive the continuous improvement and iteration of new and existing administrative processes.
  • Any other ad-hoc administration support duties assigned.

  • Capable of consolidating information or data into a common point of view.

Requirements

Skills and Experience Required

  • Entry-level position.
  • Certificate, degree, diploma of any discipline - exposure to administrative related disciplines would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
  • Track record of employing processes and procedures in personal/working capacity.

Significant Pluses

  • Interest in Technology, Gaming and Sports preferred.
