We are looking for a talented Sales Executive to join our Sales Team. Our industry-leading range of online product services means we get quality inbound B2B leads from a wide range of industries and sectors worldwide. You'll be managing new business opportunities and will be responsible for the full life journey from initial contact all the way until the close of the sale. We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities of your role:

  • Managing prospective accounts through the full sales cycle.
  • Execute business development activity to strategically grow the customer base through prospecting and cold calling. Leverage a repeatable sales process to drive to closure.
  • Selling to Ship Owners-managers-operators in the APAC region.
  • Managing your own pipeline and account base in Salesforce CRM.
  • Keeping Salesforce CRM updated including sales activity, meetings, pipeline, forecasting, etc.
  • Ability to present demonstrations on services by video conference.
  • Accurately calculate quotations, and handle invoices and license agreements.
  • Gathering and reporting business and market intelligence and industry trends.
  • Sharing Customer feedback, and communicating product and service opportunities, with internal teams
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines and services. Becoming an expert in handling and understanding our big data, web-based, and software resources.
  • Ability to travel for customer meetings and to represent at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

Its essential that you have:

  • A successful track record of selling a complex product or proposition by taking a consultative approach you effectively build rapport, define needs and close because you propose the right solution
  • Experience in using a CRM (ideally Salesforce) and related processes
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Regularly exceeded your targets and worked to your KPIs
  • Fluent in English and have great communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Show an aptitude for prioritizing, planning, and attention to detail
  • Use your initiative and manage your own time to good effect
  • Good IT skills: you are comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • A collaborative approach to working with others, internally and externally

Nice to have:

  • SaaS experience
  • A Bachelors degree or higher
