We are looking for a passionate and responsible individual to support our e-commerce business. In this role, you will work across functions and learn all about the back end operations and what it takes to run a successful e-commerce brand!

About the role

We are seeking an e-commerce intern to be a part of our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of running an e-commerce business.

Some of the things you will be expected to do but not limited to:

  • Day to day management of website (Shopify) and associated apps
  • Managing the creating of new products and updating inventory on our online (ERP) system
  • Editing and uploading product photos
  • Maintaining and updating the online store while ensuring all content (pages, products and prices) are displayed accurately
  • Maintaining accurate records of our master data
  • Respond to customers order enquires, exchanges, refunds or complaints
  • Coordinate order fulfilment by working closely with logistics and warehouse team
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

The candidate should be:

  • Passionate about e-commerce
  • Organised and meticulous, with an eye for detail
  • Resourceful, fast and efficient and able to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Good communication skills
  • Only open to those residing in Singapore / Undergrads are welcome to apply

This is a full-time paid internship, and you will work closely with the rest of the team, including the owners. Commitment should be for a minimum of 6 months.
