About the job IT support

The first line of help when an end user encounters a problem with software, hardware or applications in their PC/Laptop or mobility devices. Support should be carried out via phone inquiries or respond to email requests. In addition, the candidate may perform in-person support sessions.

  • Speaking to and collaborating with end users, stake holders
  • Installing, configuring and maintaining computers in the company
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
  • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
  • Logging and processing support calls.
  • Diagnosing the source of users IT problems.
