Functional Relationships with: Customers, Sales Sections, Factories, Logistics Department, etc

POSITION PROFILE:

Based in: Singapore

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • works closely with the Sales team to provides support and perform sales activities
  • responsible to manage a group of customers, answering customer questions
  • Handling complaints, executing the follow up needed for complaints received from customers
  • Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics, and other key data
  • Provide administrative assistance which includes issuing or quotation, samples, monitoring of payment etc.

Ability / Competency Required:

  • Diploma / Degree in any field with the relevant customer service experience
  • Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active
  • Positive attitude in a challenging work environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
