Job Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day working consist of strategy planning, design execution, people management, and design operations management.
  • Ideating and translating strategic direction into creative output.
  • Managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion by overseeing the graphic, content and layout.
  • Producing fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling creative output.
  • Implementing policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy & quality goals.
  • Evaluating trends, assessing new data, and keeping up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
  • Strengthening domain knowledge and gather data about target audiences and competitors, as well as conducting research about relevant industries as needed.
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks and related duties from time to time assigned by the Director.
  • Leading and inspiring graphic team.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Graphic Designer/Content Creator.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
  • A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in visual design and prototype software, such as Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Figma).
