REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
- Communicate solutions and information to merchants and consumers effectively
- Route escalations to the appropriate channels
- Engage in training and development initiatives to improve technical and soft skills
- Will be required to work shift
- 5 days a week including weekends
- Shift Time:
- First Start Shift: 9am
- Last End Shift: 10pm
- Customer Service experience
- Logistics Background (Air and Road)
- E-commerce and start up experience will be an added advantage
- Experience with E-mail, Chat and Social Media
