REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
  • Communicate solutions and information to merchants and consumers effectively
  • Route escalations to the appropriate channels
  • Engage in training and development initiatives to improve technical and soft skills
  • Will be required to work shift
  • 5 days a week including weekends
  • Shift Time:
  • First Start Shift: 9am
  • Last End Shift: 10pm
  • Customer Service experience
  • Logistics Background (Air and Road)
  • E-commerce and start up experience will be an added advantage
  • Experience with E-mail, Chat and Social Media
