Responsibilities

  • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies and content for all the brands social platform.
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels of the brand, and adapting content to suit different channels.
  • Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tool of choice.
  • Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms.
  • Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organisation and brand.
  • Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms undertake audience research.
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.
  • Assist the Digital Marketing colleague to set up ads on social platforms research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
  • Analyse competitor activity.
  • Recommend improvements to increase performance.
  • Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, Social Media or related degree.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong skill in Copywriting and Content Creation, with a good command in English, Malay and Mandarin as the role require to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Well organized, fast, accurate and disciplined.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Self-motivated, Proactive, Confident and team player.
  • Preferably specializing in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations.
