What Youll Do:

• Maintain and assist with preparation and analysis of confidential employee information for internal analysis and external reporting in a labor relations environment.
• Participate in hiring new talent including onboarding.
• Participate in administering positive employee relations programs.
• Work in collaboration with HR and other team members on special projects.
• Provide general administrative support outside of HR including working with Supply Chain, Sales, and being our front line contact for visitors and callers.

What Youll Need:

• Degree in HR or related field; actively pursuing degree in Human Resources or related field; or administrative HR experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral
• A desire to learn new things, apply what you already know, and never shy away from sharing your opinion to improve a product or process
