Job Description & Requirements

  • Reports to Project Manager, Senior Site Coordinator and Senior Site Engineer
  • Attend all meetings as and when required and prepare the minutes of meetings.
  • Compile and prepare daily reports.
  • Distribute to all relevant parties.
  • Provide admin duties and clerical supports to site personnel:Compiling Materials DOs, Invoices including office stationery.
  • Compile progress photos and reports.
  • Maintain office filing system including e filing to main office server.
  • Provide an auditable trail of incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Maintain Direct Workers time cards and manpower records.
  • Maintain records of Utilities Consumption- Diesel, water, electricity
  • Liaise closely with main office staff for the procurement of necessary materials.
  • Ensure that all materials ordered for the project are per the approved technical submissions.
  • maintenance admin support as issue quotation and liaise with client etc
  • 5.5 Days Work Week
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
