Job Description & Requirements
- Reports to Project Manager, Senior Site Coordinator and Senior Site Engineer
- Attend all meetings as and when required and prepare the minutes of meetings.
- Compile and prepare daily reports.
- Distribute to all relevant parties.
- Provide admin duties and clerical supports to site personnel:Compiling Materials DOs, Invoices including office stationery.
- Compile progress photos and reports.
- Maintain office filing system including e filing to main office server.
- Provide an auditable trail of incoming and outgoing documents.
- Maintain Direct Workers time cards and manpower records.
- Maintain records of Utilities Consumption- Diesel, water, electricity
- Liaise closely with main office staff for the procurement of necessary materials.
- Ensure that all materials ordered for the project are per the approved technical submissions.
- maintenance admin support as issue quotation and liaise with client etc
- 5.5 Days Work Week
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
