We Are Looking For:

An inspired content marketing manager for NoGood who is passionate about growth. You are a storyteller and an exceptional writer. You are an expert at content marketing and are able to leverage data & SEO to drive your strategy. You regularly read the leading newsletters and blogs in the industry. You have your finger on the pulse of whats trending in the growth, marketing, social media and tech landscape. You are self-motivated. You have big ideas.

You must love start-up culture, feel energized by working in a team and have an all-hands-on-deck attitude. What we care about most is your ability to bring big ideas to the table, your capacity to learn, your willingness to contribute, and your desire to build something meaningful from the ground up.

You Will Work On:

  • Developing a comprehensive content strategy that improves NoGoods brand awareness, lead generation, community engagement and conversions
  • Using technical SEO, social listening data, competitor and customer insights to shape NoGoods content strategy and provide regular reporting on results on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Authoring content that establishes NoGoods unique brand tone & voice and a consistent narrative across multiple digital channels (website, blog, email/newsletter, case studies, select social channels, etc.)
  • Creating and delivering content calendars across various content channels including blog, newsletter, website, etc.
  • Collaborating with the Creative Studio to produce innovative, engaging visuals that align with the written content
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

You Have:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in content marketing strategy & creation
  • Experience with email marketing, SEO, Google Analytics and other content analytics tools including Ahrefs/SEMRush
  • The ability to concept & create content based on consumer and industry insights, trends, brand positioning and KPIs
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Experience building a content strategy & calendars across multiple content channels
  • Strong knowledge of content formats (blogs, newsletters, case studies, etc.) and the best ways to activate them
  • The ability to be organized, self-motivated and to multi-task across different projects under tight deadlines
  • A deep understanding of & appetite for digital culture (memes, podcasts, social media) is a plus!
