JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and handle administrative tasks Manage daily data maintenance activities in the Company Managing employees relations and welfare To perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management Assist in documentation and prepare reports To prepare corresponding documents, answering phone calls and other admin related tasks assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION
- Minimum SPM qualification. Diploma in Business Administration. Preferably with minimum 1 year relevant working experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and pleasant personality. Able to work independently and self-started. Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
