Skills/Qualification Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Leadership role in manufacturing
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing Shop environment: interfacing with shop floor and management employees
• Experienced in Management Team mediation and communications
• Coach and Mentor Leadership experience & skills
• Able to work independently, multi-tasking to manage a variety of projects
• Exceptional negotiation skills
• Able to advise clients on employment legislation, policies and best practices
• Able to develop a strong rapport with clients and maintain excellent working relationships
