Job Summary

  • The position will be responsible to assist in the development, implementation, and support of the Companys maintenance management system;
  • Data entry to the CMMS system as well as compiling and converting data in excel and word documents for migration to CMMS System (IFS).
  • Develop adequate training materials and train operations personnel in inventory management.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as required

Responsibilities

  • Provide general data punching and administrative support, provide data entry for CMMS system built.
  • Converting document from PDF to be put into Company's template
  • Data entry for entering the maintenance schedule from vendor manual to CMMS template
  • Assist in spare part codification cross checking and verification process.
  • Interface with all levels of management and across departments. Will also interfaces with corporate personnel.
  • Communicate professionally with all levels of the organization both verbally and electronically.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills and possess the ability to multi-task in a changing environment.
  • Other ah-hoc tasks as requested by the Line Manager and/or Functional Manager.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

  • Responsible for maintaining a high degree of awareness; Observe and report any unsafe activities, conditions or situations;
  • Understanding of Maintenance System Management tools from user perspective;
  • Understanding of Maintenance Management principles;
  • Understanding of Material Management principles;

Qualifications

  • Diploma or University Degree in Relevant field
  • MS office (Excel and Word) Competence
  • Good Accurate Typing Skills
  • Good organizational and administrative skills, including strong attention to quality of work, details, and the ability to priorities and control own workload
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • An ability to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels of the organization;
  • Structured, accurate and ability to take full ownership of own areas of responsibility
