Job Responsibilities

  • To update and maintain records for all CP received by CRM on daily basis
  • Maintaining in system the decisions from CAA for all CPs (Approved or Declined)
  • To prepare CRMs Daily Report and submit to the submit to the respective officer for checking by 10.30am
  • To print out all request (memos/variation/drawdown) from BCs and retrieve relevant credit file from Credit Admin Dept (CAD) on the same working day
  • Keep BCs informed on all approved /declined CP and Request (memos/variation/drawdown) via email as well as queries / comments from CAA within the same day
  • Assist to make photocopy of CPs CPs (Level 5) together with relevant supporting documents to be forwarded to all loan Committee Members for approval
  • Maintain up to date dealer listing records and filling by weekly basis
  • All the approved dealer forms to be scanned and transferred into the shared folders
  • Perform CRR, CTOS and Experians CrediTrack System
  • Monitor the uses from BCs on the access to Experians CrediTrack system
  • Monitor the submission of consent from BCs to the Experians audit team
  • Responsible to check the usage statement before submission to Finance Department
  • Assist BCc to resolve issues regarding the CrediTrack system with Experians customer service
  • Credit files retrieved from CAD to be returned to CAD on weekly basis after CAAs decision is obtained & faxed/email to BC
  • Assist to monitor the movement of files and filings of Post Mortem Review Reports

Job Requirements ;

  • Possess Diploma in Finance/Business Administration or related field
  • Applicants with relevant experience in financial institution and possess basic knowledge in finance will be an added advantage
  • Willing to learn and possess good working attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Diploma fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Full-time position is available to be based at Menara Hap Seng, KL
