About the job Human Resources Executive

  • Coordinate the activities as a team to ensure that the organizations payroll is processed accurately and on time.
  • Activities of the team may include monitoring attendance, compiling allowances, calculations of overtime, processing payroll, bonus, annual increment, statutory payments and etc.
  • Maintaining and updating HRIS to ensure all partners information are up to date.
  • Generate monthly payroll related reports.
  • Be the subject matter expert to educate and provide advices to partners about company policies and guidelines, including compensation & benefits, leave of absence, health & welfare, insurance/SOCSO, medical, disciplinary matters and etc.
  • Manages ongoing, periodic and ad-hoc compensation projects.
  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Good planning, organizing, communications, interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
