About the job Administrative Executive

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Student Management Team in providing administrative support such as Orientation, Billing, Enrolment, Graduation and all student-related matters to the Higher Education Qualification based programmes.

  • To be responsible for pre-term activities planning, PU payment, events and workshop /PAL, orientation and new student matters and the graduation/completion process for students.
  • To supervise a team of Programme Executives and to provide guidance on their specific roles
  • To work closely with different Partner University and Schools to streamline processes and document them.
  • To lead discussion with the Resource Management Team on managing communication and workflows
  • To assist the manager to analyse impacts and develop and execute plans for the delivery and roll-out of new programmes and changes to existing programmes

Requirements

  • Minimum degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership skills and able to supervise and mentor staff
  • Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, versatile and result-oriented
  • Able to think critically and analyse and solve problems
  • Preferably bilingual with good command of spoken and written English
  • IT savvy and technically competent with systems
