About the job Marketing Executive
We are looking for a marketing executive to join our regional team. This is a full-time position and can be based in our Hong Kong or Singapore office. The position will report to the Regional Head of Marketing and is a key support member in the implementation of overall marketing strategies, communications, and outreach plans across various target groups to achieve organisational goals.

With offices and presence in Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Tokyo and London, we specialise in regulatory and compliance consulting services to financial institutions in the Asia-Pacific region. Due to the continuing expansion of our business across the region, we have an opening for a candidate to join our regional marketing team.
Key responsibilities
Branding and events
- Execute branding projects / initiatives
- Support the launch of marketing campaigns and subsequent analyses
- Drive events and sponsorship opportunities, including delivery of physical and virtual events
Communications
- Support the overall communications strategy covering PR/media, social/digital
- Updates for website, pitch materials, presentations, thought leadership materials and other marketing collaterals
- Partner subject matter resources within practice to develop thought leadership and publish-ready content
- Develop and manage content and mailshot calendars
Client Services
- Participate in pursuit process, market research and prepare sales documents
- Facilitate client engagement activities such meeting preparation, prospect study and client onboarding
- Implement client services feedback programs
- Pipeline tracking and sales administration in our CRM system
- Enhance sales enablement tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or a related business field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a brand, marketing or communications role
- Experience in professional services, financial services or B2B segment
- Familiarity with using CRM and communication channels (e.g. EDM, social media platforms)
- Impeccable project and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to quality and detail, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use software such as Canva, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop and basic photography and videography skills
