Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support of HR operations
  • Assist in the recruitment process and manage on-boarding and off-boarding activities including, but not limited to, conducting a new hire orientation program
  • Manage the Company door assess card system
  • Monitor and follow up on contract staff renewals
  • Maintain and update employees profile in the HR system, ensure confidentiality of all HR documents
  • Handle work pass administration including work pass application, renewal and cancellation
  • Involve in employee engagement activities including wellness, training functions, staff recognition program, etc for the employees
  • Assist with statutory reporting and surveys (e.g. MOM, MAS, etc.)
  • Review policies, regulations and procedures for improvements and statutory compliance
  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation by providing updated payment information to Finance Department for payroll processing
  • Manage employee attendance, leave administration and employee referral program
  • Provide advise and guidance to the line manager on good human resource practices, employment policies and legislation
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as a HR Generalist or a similar role
  • Good working knowledge of Singapore's employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Meticulous, well organised and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Application and Acrobat PDF
