About the job Marketing Admin Officer

Main Role:

  • Assist in keeping track of the Commercial department's spending
  • Can implement and follow payment process flow to ensure suppliers and partners are paid
  • Coordinate interdepartmental activities/ tasks/ payable related to commercial activities
  • Assist the commercial team in processing payable including raising of financial administrative tasks like purchase requests, purchase order, goods receive notice, etc

Requirement

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in any of the following: airline, e-commerce, start-up or platform is a plus.
