Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support internal data transmission between various HR systems (SAP, People Connect, PGT,)
  • Assist the Compensation Specialist in ensuring all HR data shared by the local HR team is properly duplicated in the Compensation & Benefits platforms and available to the team for package preparation
  • Ensure Compensation & Benefits tools and data base are updated accordingly
  • Support the Compensation Implementation Centre in the monitoring of the Bot performance dashboard and report any issue related to it (Global tracker, continuous improvement,)
  • May participate in system implementation of Compensation & Benefits-related projects (policies deployment, systems update..)
  • May be required to perform other Compensation-related tasks beyond this scope to support the Compensation & Benefits community (package preparation, mass-upload, quality checks, data audit)
  • Ensure compliance with the Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation.
  • May be required to work on shift to support Western Europe activity.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of English required (verbal and written)
  • Interest in learning new systems and platforms (Microsoft PowerBI, Powerapp..)
  • Additional languages can be a plus
