What you'll be doing -
As Learning & Development Manager to observe and carry out global learning & development strategies are aligning with the business strategies and people growth. To drive, plan, lead and assure the quality and timeliness of performance support and synchronize with the Corporate Learning & Development strategies. Maintain close relationship with different departments to provide effective account services. Coach team members to achieve optimal level of performance. Monitor the effectiveness and applicability of policies and procedures and take necessary actions for continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities -
- Work closely with Group Learning and Development Manager, to identify and review training needs in airport lounges and all outlets so as to maintain good quality of customer service
- Develop KPIs on learning and development to measure Learning effectiveness
- Plan and manage initiatives in the learning calendar to ensure timely implementation for Managers, Operational colleagues, Management Trainees and Interns
- Execute training needs assessments and make necessary recommendations & training solutions, ensuring the objectives are fully addressing the companys values, business objectives and results, and the training needs of the employees
- Plan, develop, conduct and supervise training and development programs according to business needs
- Develop and update training manuals based on operational needs and liaise with overseas managers on training delivery
- Plan, review, prepare, and monitor the companys Training Budget & Training Plan
- Train and manage the team of internal trainers to ensure effective delivery of all internal trainings
- Work closely with External Training providers on external in-house training programs or public programs
- Seek best solutions to improve operations workflow procedures
- Manage learning program administration and training records; Monitor the budget allocation for Learning and Development
- Assist in setting up new operations and involving in business development
- Participate in any ad hoc projects that the company assigns
Job Requirements -
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or other discipline
- 8 years of experience in Learning & Development including training design and facilitation
- Certified in branded training products and psychometric tools (MBTI, 360 assessments, DICS, etc..) is an advantage
- Hands on experience in E learning design, career development and talent management
- Management experience in designing and delivering cultural change programs / projects in a global context
- Experience working with global teams in matrix organizations
- A mature individual with excellent interpersonal skills, convincing and influential
- Independent, capable in handling diversity in a multicultural organization
- Willing to travel
