Job Description
How You Will Make An Impact
As a Media Producer, you will create engaging and effective learning-focused media solutions that support our Operations team nationwide. In this role you will be responsible for collaborating with the Operations Training Team and leaders to produce audio and video content for training materials. You will thrive in this position if you are open to giving and receiving constructive feedback, passionate about keeping thredUP operations running smoothly, and committed to the development and success of team members.
In This Role Youll Get To:
- Work through complex problems to create engaging and effective learning-focused media solutions.
- Lead large-scale media projects through the development lifecycle, providing clear timelines through all phases, communicating with key partners.
- Plan, produce and edit video and audio training content to be used in learning materials and internal communications.
- Provide graphic visuals and photography assets for Operations Team.
- Collaborate with Learning Designers on content development, i.e. script writing and storyboard development.
- Maintain and organize media content library, ensuring all resources are accurate and up to date.
- Consult with leaders and team members to assess media needs.
- Address operational concerns/questions with leadership and recommend media solutions.
What Were Looking For:
- 2+ years Media Production and Video editing experience required.
- Proven experience with Adobe Creative Cloud with advanced skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Animation and motion graphics experience preferred.
- Ability to create clear, concise & engaging training material demonstrating measurable success.
- Exposure to learning management systems (LMS), Workday Learning experience a plus.
- Ability to shift priorities as needed.
- Demonstrated experience giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and operate with minimal supervision.
- Media portfolio recommended.
