About The Role
- Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally
- Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new channels
- Identify short-term and long-term planning, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, ROI projections and spending
Key responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Lead Regional, global and production team covering social media, offline marketing, retention, SEO, and promotion
- Plan, execute and measure tests to create strategic planning accordingly
- Develop creative marketing growth strategies
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Manage and refine the company social media presence
- Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and marketing managers
- Plan team KPI and OKR on quarterly basis
Requirements
- 3 years of work experience in marketing
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or technology
- Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
- Good understanding of marketing technology
- Experience in using analytics tools used in digital marketing
- Strong project management and people management skills
