About The Role

  • Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally
  • Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new channels
  • Identify short-term and long-term planning, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, ROI projections and spending

Key responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Lead Regional, global and production team covering social media, offline marketing, retention, SEO, and promotion
  • Plan, execute and measure tests to create strategic planning accordingly
  • Develop creative marketing growth strategies
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Manage and refine the company social media presence
  • Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and marketing managers
  • Plan team KPI and OKR on quarterly basis

Requirements

  • 3 years of work experience in marketing
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or technology
  • Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
  • Good understanding of marketing technology
  • Experience in using analytics tools used in digital marketing
  • Strong project management and people management skills
