Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Will be trained in the customer service, marketing, stock and accounting departments, to be a relief in these departments.
  • Handle maintenance of office.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned from time to time.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks required by the management.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Business, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Mature, responsible, flexible, proactive at work and efficient at accomplishing tasks assigned.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
