Job Description

  • Proactively engage in new DSP conversations with prospects
  • Close large-scale agencies and advertiser deals, managing the process from prospecting to execution of contracts
  • Build and maintain excellent senior relationships at DSPs agencies and brands ensuring prospects are aware of product developments and initiatives
  • Utilize a deep understanding of client needs with the capabilities of the product
  • Collaborate with other teams including the Solutions Engineering, Trading and Account Management functions
  • Build the Lemma brand and knowledge of our technology externally and at key industry events
  • Be instrumental in the constant development of our sales narrative and material

About our Skills:

  • Demonstrable industry experience with a strong contact book at agencies and/or brand direct
  • Solid negotiation skills, persistence, and follow-through with accounts
  • Consultative and solutions-based sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills, and an ability to interpret complex technical issues and translate them into business needs
  • Experience in managing long sales cycles with cross-departmental teams
  • A team player, capable of building strong internal relationships BA/BS Degree
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with top DSPs/SSPs/Agencies in the ecosystem
