  • Covering of Front Desk Officer duties during her absence
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Director as and when required

Job Description

  • Resourceful in developing and optimizing networks and establishing stretch goals.
  • Compile reports and converse meetings with various related parties.
  • Control the material and labor resources required to carry out a project from start to finish.
  • Request for quotation to compare market price and get vendor Approval from Management and Keep record of total waste.
  • To monitor and control materials flow and report with senior site team members.
  • Ensure that all the works are executed in accordance with approval method of statement, Safety procedure and quality of method.
  • Maintained records of the construction attended the progress meeting and report the proceeding to the seniors.
  • Ensure compliance to all company safety requirements and monitor all projects from conceptualization to implementation and prepare reports for same and evaluate punch list for all project close out.
  • Documents all construction activities and evaluate progress of all projects and monitor all ad hoc requests and participate in various construction progress meetings and maintain records for all construction procedures.
  • Assist contractors to evaluate all contract documents and prepare reports for any deficiencies in projects and ensure adherence to all design and construction.
  • Coordinate with manager to review all projects and maintain estimates and track all invoices and work orders.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress report and submit to Manager.
