This job contributes to Starbucks success by acting as a strategic business partner and advocate. Ensures effective delivery of Partner Resources products and services to all Starbucks partners in assigned business unit, department or region. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

Summary Of Key Responsibilities

As a partner resources associate, you will...

• Collaborate Partner with Partner Resources specialist teams and cross- functional teams in support of US PRO priorities
• Support- Provide partner resources support that spans all aspects of the partner experience
• Enable- Assist Partner Resources teams with problem solving by accessing, compiling, and analyzing data, insights, and analytics.
• Plan & Implement Monitors team priorities and supports the implementation of plans, goals and objectives
• Embody Starbucks Mission & Values and create best moments for partners and customers.
  

This is a unique opportunity to support Company Operated US Retail PRO teams: supporting New York Metro, Mid Atlantic, South East, and South Central

We would love to hear from people with...

• Two or more years of human resources generalist or specialist experience
• Two or more years providing administrative support to a department or team
• Proficiency in excel, (same standard that we would put in for any job with administrative elements)
