Job Duties Administrative Assistant
BASICS:
Monthly
Answer Tenant requests / feedback /adhoc issues
Liaise with service providers/contractors / property agents
Organise the quarterly and bi-monthly AC service
Managing a Master sheet of Property Maintenance Schedule on each properties
Updating Rental Schedule for Properties
Monitoring Receivables (rentals) and Payable (expenses) for property company
Compile the receivables and payables to Accountant
Prepare and or check Tenants monthly invoices
Communication through Emails/WhatsApp / Phone calls / meetings
Compiling/Filings emails and bills on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Non Routine
Prepare Tenancy agreements and addendums for new and renewal leases
Manage Electrical renewals of properties
