Senior 3D Designer - Events

Job Description

We are looking for an Experience 3D Designer to be a part of our vibrant and dynamic organization. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and passionate individual, an adept communicator, and an agile innovator who is willing to hustle for their ideas. you would be working with some of the movers and shakers of the industry and curating some of the most memorable experiences.

Functions & Objectives:

• Responsible for creating event designs, drawings, and renderings for the company's events, following departmental and company policies, procedures, and practices.
• Produce complex digital files in scale from concept to finish for assigned events.
• Make sure the design satisfies the client and corporate requirement within budget and are delivered within the deadline.
• Ensure specifications are well understood and maintained.
• Write complete rendering specifications clearly.
• Participate in departmental, planning, and design meetings, as well as in brainstorming sessions.
• Perform review of design elements for effectiveness, and attend event installations.
• Ensure paperwork, digital design files, and renderings are well organized and maintained.
• Ensure project status, and delivery information is promptly communicated to the internal team and clients.
  
• Be current on new technologies and software, design trends, vendor products, props/design elements, and production techniques.
• Perform other work-related tasks that may be requested.

Possess knowledge or qualities of the following:

• Creative-minded with a meticulous eye for detail
  
• Organized, hands-on, enjoys coordination and execution
  
• Occasional overseas travel might be required
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

• Degree/Diploma in Design or equivalent

Years Of Experience

• At least 4 to 6 years of experience in events/conference management and execution
  
• Proven work experience as an event designer.
• Provide the ability to expect and solve problems related to production timeline and creativity
  
• An innovative-minded individual with a strong ability to generate new ideas continually concerning design creation and production techniques.
• Possess a positive attitude with the ability and willingness to work with clients and professionals from other departments of the company.
• Excellent team management skills to work effectively in a team setting and to lead a team if assigned to do so - the ability to identify requirements of staff and coordinate team activities.
• Strong ability to handle issues proactively - ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and give a solution.
• Solid portfolio of previously and successfully managed events, such as corporate events,exhibitions, etc
