Overview:
Reporting directly to the Management of Commercial Cluster, you will lead the i-ShopChangi business and be responsible for the formulation, planning and execution of an e-commerce strategy for sustainable business growth.


Responsibilities:

You will oversee different business streams such as category management, sales and marketing, customer experience and business operations as well as logistics and seller operations, and work together with the different business leads to understand trends, develop plans and solutions to grow existing business and to prospect new opportunities.

You will also manage the budget, be responsible for P&L performance and in meeting agreed key performance indicators.

Leveraging technology, you will take a leading role in the generation and the use of data driven commercial insights. You will also work with in-house tech resources to continuously improve existing products and to drive innovation within iShopChangi to deliver high quality customer experience and to generate business growth.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 15 years of relevant experience in the e-Commerce/omni-channel or retail environment with proven success in delivering quality digital offerings
  • Strong in data analytics and excellent in drawing insights
  • Strategic and analytical, with experience in developing and executing relevant business plans
  • Adept at leading and motivating teams and enjoy growing people
  • Able to balance the needs of and to align diverse stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills and enjoy making presentations
  • Self-motivated to continuously learn (and to deliver quality results)
