About the job Finance & Accounting Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a detailed oriented individual who can effectively perform the following roles and responsibilities:
- Accounting and Bookkeeping
- GST Preparation and filing
- Preparation of financial statements for audits, internal, and external purposes
- Compile, track, and analyze company financials for governance, financial planning, and budgeting purposes
- Payroll and Form IR8A preparation and filing
- Liase with regulatory and tax authorities and ensure compliance
- Corporate secretarial services
- Set-up, maintain, and update accounting and financial systems
- Prepare financial analysis for business planning
- Prepare financial budgets
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Min of 5 - 7 years of work experience in a similar role
- Bachelors Degree or higher majoring in Accounting, Finance
- Qualified CPA or studying to take the CPA exam preferred, not mandatory
- Analytical and attention to details a must
- General business experience
- Technology savvy
- Good communication skills
- Exceptional level of integrity a must
