JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a detailed oriented individual who can effectively perform the following roles and responsibilities:

  • Accounting and Bookkeeping
  • GST Preparation and filing
  • Preparation of financial statements for audits, internal, and external purposes
  • Compile, track, and analyze company financials for governance, financial planning, and budgeting purposes
  • Payroll and Form IR8A preparation and filing
  • Liase with regulatory and tax authorities and ensure compliance
  • Corporate secretarial services
  • Set-up, maintain, and update accounting and financial systems
  • Prepare financial analysis for business planning
  • Prepare financial budgets

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Min of 5 - 7 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Bachelors Degree or higher majoring in Accounting, Finance
  • Qualified CPA or studying to take the CPA exam preferred, not mandatory
  • Analytical and attention to details a must
  • General business experience
  • Technology savvy
  • Good communication skills
  • Exceptional level of integrity a must
