About the job Human Resource Assistant
Job Responsibility
- Perform full set of retail staff payroll involving statutory deduction& contribution, benefit payment/deduction
- Calculate staffâs OT and incentives prior to computation of payroll processing
- To liaise with relevant statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRD Corp
- Monitor & update and administer staff leave, medical claim and attendance records accurately
- Manage employee personnel file and data management
- Follow-up and update job descriptions for new, transferred or promoted staff/position
- Assist in reviewing retail staffâs KPI
- Provide assistance in other HR administrative duties
Job Requirements
- SPM or above qualifications SPM
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to keep and operate in total confidentiality
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (as some of the data needs to be entry in Mandarin)
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications Microsoft Office - Words, Excel & Power point
- Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
