About the job Human Resource Assistant

Job Responsibility

  • Perform full set of retail staff payroll involving statutory deduction& contribution, benefit payment/deduction
  • Calculate staff’s OT and incentives prior to computation of payroll processing
  • To liaise with relevant statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRD Corp
  • Monitor & update and administer staff leave, medical claim and attendance records accurately
  • Manage employee personnel file and data management
  • Follow-up and update job descriptions for new, transferred or promoted staff/position
  • Assist in reviewing retail staff’s KPI
  • Provide assistance in other HR administrative duties

Job Requirements

  • SPM or above qualifications SPM
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to keep and operate in total confidentiality
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (as some of the data needs to be entry in Mandarin)
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications Microsoft Office - Words, Excel & Power point
  • Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
