Qualifikationen
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Admin or realted field
Work experience: At least 5 years experience in customer service, call centre, financial servces or related fields.

- Excellent communication skillls coupled with good listening and critical thiking skills.
- Intellectual curiousity, strong problem solving skills with a demonstrated record of success in both internal and external environment.
- Ability to plan and prioritize activities whilst maintaining accuracy and adhering to strict dealines.
- Possess the values of integrity, passiom, respect and discipline.
- Ability to work in a team as well as be independent.
- Working knowledge in digital platform and CRM tools is a plus.
