Job Summary

This role will be a position responsible for Client Hiring Activities in line with market norms for various job profiles (i.e. Supply Chain, HR, Finance and Marketing, etc.) and in line with the clients professional recruiting process. This job involves connecting with Hiring Managers while ensuring all the Service Levels are met along with high levels of customer satisfaction for client stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise

    with Hiring Managers and HRBPs: Gain clarity on Hiring Demand

    Fulfillment priorities and receive requisitions for job profiles in the

    clients applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Understand past sourcing channels, start date schedules and local resource support required to quickly fill positions.

  • Develop

    hiring and sourcing approaches in consultation with the client. This

    may include determining and managing the appropriate channels/media for

    the most effective solution to meet requirements

  • Demand Posting: Understand current client Branding Strategies and deploy them consistently across locations.

  • Candidate

    Screening: Conduct candidate prequalification process as required

    (e.g., screening against job description and vetting for

    interest/understanding of the roles.

  • Manage the various

    aspects of the Recruitment Process like Sourcing, processing exceptions

    (e.g. verbal offers where required, informational interview

    accommodations or scheduling). Disposition candidates throughout the

    process when not automated and ensure the completion of onboarding forms

    and background checks.

  • Achieve Service Levels: Ensure

    we are meeting required Service Levels. Operate within and achieve

    monthly demand fulfillment targets across client operation locations.

  • Quality

    & Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that the clients Hiring Managers

    complete their requisitions and required approvals to enable optimum

    levels of productivity, quality and capacity utilization.

  • Monitoring

    and Continuous Improvement: Ensure candidates are progressing rapidly

    through the hiring process. Brainstorm and highlight continuous

    improvement ideas.
