About the job Manager Marketing Communications

  • Set up overall marketing plans and budgets for the brand and products to support the overall business objectives
  • Take strong initiatives to constantly improve upon marketing strategies and plans, as well as measure the success of a comprehensive range of marketing campaigns, channels and events in a timely manner while meeting quality requirements
  • Ensure the development of promotional assets up to the highest brand standards for an effective implementation of paid media and direct marketing campaigns across channels
  • Initiate cooperative marketing programmes with importers and dealers to help steer their plans and budgets according to target, enhance their marketing competency and define their marketing objectives in a clearer scope
  • Monitor importers´ marketing plans and follow up on their implementation on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis, conduct and approve regular reports and prepare functional management reviews and project-based meetings
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders within the organization to assess needs and plan measures accordingly; contribute to effective internal communications in conjunction with management team to promote cross-departmental and integrated working culture and cross-functional support

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing, communications or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2+ years relevant working experience in luxury automotive, lifestyle or related business area
  • Very well-established project management and data analytical skills, and aptitude for technology and systems
  • Highly motivated team player with a creative mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to communicate ideas and strategies to external and internal customers
