We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team!

Job Description

  • Administer staff benefits (such as Annual Leave Records, Medical claim etc)
  • General HR administration, such as preparation of appointment / confirmation letter etc
  • Support in the completion of banking and legal documentations.
  • Coordinate conferences, meetings, special events, etc.
  • Keep track records of trade transactions
  • Support Accounts for administrative invoices or related

Skills And Personal Attributes

  • Strong business acumen, understanding the needs of the business to efficiently run the office and support the Singapore team
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with all areas of the business as well as external counterparties
  • Confident in own ability, energetic and adaptable with the ability to take initiative and desire to take responsibility
  • A high level of integrity, professionalism and ability to act discreetly
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams).
