In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the training program for the Project Platinum Trust Accounting system conversion, including coordinating training locations, assigning subject matter experts (SME) to complete the training, tracking training participants, etc. Heres how to apply:

• Hourly pay rate $25.00 - $28.00
• M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
• Assignment length 01/02/2023 - 04/30/2023 but has the possibility of assignment extension.

• What a typical day as Training **Project Coordinator* *might look like:*
• Coordinating training locations.
• Assigning Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to complete training.
• Scheduling meetings as needed.
• Tracking training participants.
• Assisting with creating/proof-reading training materials.
• Tracking and confirming project deliverables and milestones in regard to training.
  

This job might be an outstanding fit if you are:

• High School or GED
• 1 year of experience working in a team setting to deliver projects
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be familiar with project management processes
• Project management tools
• Time management and priority setting
