About the job Assistant Office Manager

A well-established European Intellectual Property legal firm is looking for a suitably

qualified and experienced candidate to assist the Office Manager in the general

administration and daily running of the Singapore office.


The Role

The full duties and responsibilities include managing the firms in house software,

supervisory to admin. team, human resource management and recruitment,

develop firms protocols including review operational procedure, implement work

flow systems and processes, maintain proper records, liaise with vendors, attend

to government agencies, review and approve supply requisitions.


Qualifications

A level/Diploma in Law/Bachelor Degree

5 years of experience in office administration and management preferably from

established law firm

Candidate with knowledge of Intellectual Property will be an added advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, Aderant, Inpotech

Excellent communication skill in both spoken and written English

Must have a distinctive leadership qualities with essential skills and dispositions.

Possess a strong sense of duty and ability to react positively in stressful situation.
