Job Scope

  • Schedule the directors meetings and appointments
  • Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of the director
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes and minutes
  • Type, format and present reports, documents, presentations, notices, etc.
  • Prepare/source for vendors for facilities for scheduled events and arranging for refreshments
  • Order office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services
  • Run errands as requested
  • Provide administrative support
  • Any ad hoc request as assigned by the director
