Responsibilities
- Deliver foundation training, on product knowledge and sales propositions to New Hires on a monthly basis
- Develop and deliver skills-based training
- Ensure training materials and curriculum are updated on a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop training slides for product launches and deliver launch trainings to respective sellers from different channel
- Liaise with internal/external partners to coordinate training schedules
- Perform emcee duties for company events
- Speak at customer events or seminars on topics relating to insurance
- Lead or be part of squad to drive projects or initiatives
- Fulfil any other roles related to Training when required
- Familiar with administration and tracking of ongoing regulatory requirements for appointed representative
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in the relevant field
- Skilled in driving influence and building rapport with decision makers across all levels of partners and prospects organizations
- Highly disciplined in delivery, effective status tracking and monitoring
- Confident presenter with strong communication skills
