Responsibilities

  • Deliver foundation training, on product knowledge and sales propositions to New Hires on a monthly basis
  • Develop and deliver skills-based training
  • Ensure training materials and curriculum are updated on a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop training slides for product launches and deliver launch trainings to respective sellers from different channel
  • Liaise with internal/external partners to coordinate training schedules
  • Perform emcee duties for company events
  • Speak at customer events or seminars on topics relating to insurance
  • Lead or be part of squad to drive projects or initiatives
  • Fulfil any other roles related to Training when required
  • Familiar with administration and tracking of ongoing regulatory requirements for appointed representative

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in the relevant field
  • Skilled in driving influence and building rapport with decision makers across all levels of partners and prospects organizations
  • Highly disciplined in delivery, effective status tracking and monitoring
  • Confident presenter with strong communication skills
