Job Description

  • Monitor and supervise report submission of various departments. Compile and update General Manager on the reports (weekly).
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly report to CPM.
  • Inter-department collaboration on various projects/planning. (Majority completed within timeline).
  • Patient, serious towards work matters. Willing to put in extra efforts.
  • Strengths ability in Preparation paper, data analysis, negotiation skill.
  • Deal with staffs who reluctant to follow timeline set.
  • More inter-department interaction to enhance communication and smoothen operation.
  • Ensure and responsible all documents are maintained detailed oriented.
  • Proofread and translate documents.
  • Attending meetings and managing meeting minutes.
  • Assisting GM in following up departmental tasks.
  • Ad-hoc functions and any other related duties as assigned by GM from time to time.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements arrange travel itineraries, hotel bookings.
  • Coordinate executive communications, including all written and verbal correspondence and interfacing with both internal and external parties as well as electronic communication (e-mail) to oversee/assist in projects.

Job Requirements

  • Primary Language: Mandarin (Required to Liaise with China HQ) Required spoken and written language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or higher qualification in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • At least 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferable / added advantage.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-driven and possess strong work ethics.
  • MS Excel (intermediate level and above).
  • Experience and familiarity with the Companies Act 2016 will be an added advantage
  • Young, dynamic and willing to learn
  • Meticulous, able to multi-task, good team player and has strong interpersonal skills.
